BAGNONE – Un contributo straordinario di 520mila euro è stato stanziato dalla Giunta regionale della Toscana a favore del Comune di Bagnone, in provincia di Massa Carrara. Le risorse, approvate su proposta del presidente Eugenio Giani, serviranno a finanziare i lavori di adeguamento della storica caserma dei Carabinieri situata nel centro del paese. A questa somma si aggiungerà una quota di compartecipazione da parte dell’amministrazione locale pari a 4.725 euro.

L’edificio, interamente di proprietà comunale e concesso da sempre in comodato d’uso gratuito all’Arma, rappresenta un presidio di sicurezza radicato nel territorio e vanta un particolare valore storico, essendo la sua costruzione antecedente all’Unità d’Italia. Il cantiere di imminente avvio riguarderà il secondo lotto del piano di recupero. Gli interventi operativi spaziano dal rifacimento della copertura al consolidamento delle strutture verticali e orizzontali. È prevista inoltre la manutenzione degli impianti e l’installazione di un ascensore interno per consentire il superamento delle barriere architettoniche.

La conclusione di questa fase dei lavori è fissata entro il 31 dicembre dell’anno in corso. L’orizzonte della riqualificazione è però più ampio: il costo complessivo dell’intera operazione si aggira sui 3 milioni di euro, per una durata stimata in due anni. Il Comune ha infatti in programma di presentare al Gestore dei servizi elettrici un ulteriore progetto del valore di circa 1,2 milioni di euro, focalizzato sull’efficientamento energetico della struttura. Al termine del percorso, lo stabile accoglierà circa dieci militari, riunendo sotto lo stesso tetto i Carabinieri e il personale del nucleo forestale.

Il presidente Eugenio Giani ha inquadrato lo stanziamento all’interno della strategia regionale dedicata alle aree meno popolate: “Sono particolarmente felice di aver finanziato questo importante intervento. Lo sono perché continuiamo, delibera dopo delibera, ad attuare il nostro progetto che riguarda quella che abbiamo chiamato la Toscana diffusa e che prevede il finanziamento di opere nei piccoli Comuni, quelli che solitamente trovano maggiori difficoltà di bilancio”. Giani ha ribadito il duplice valore dell’operazione, utile a mantenere il presidio delle forze dell’ordine e a tutelare un bene architettonico ottocentesco.

Il sindaco di Bagnone, Giovanni Guastalli, ha espresso la gratitudine della comunità verso l’ente regionale, evidenziando la rarità di poter conservare una delle poche caserme preunitarie ancora operative in Italia. Il primo cittadino ha infine rivolto un invito formale al presidente Giani, auspicando la sua partecipazione alla cerimonia che verrà organizzata per l’apertura ufficiale dei lavori.

La nuova legge chiarisce che la cessazione, sia comunicata dall’interessato sia accertata d’ufficio, comporta la decadenza del titolo abilitativo o della comunicazione di avvio prevista dalla normativa. Ciò consentirà alle amministrazioni di aggiornare con maggiore efficacia elenchi e banche dati.

La legge interviene puntualmente anche sulle locazioni turistiche brevi. Da un lato viene ampliata la platea dei Comuni nei quali potranno trovare applicazione i criteri e i limiti previsti dall’articolo 59 del Testo unico, estendendo gli strumenti di governo del fenomeno alle realtà caratterizzate da elevata pressione turistica. Importanti novità inoltre sul fronte della semplificazione amministrativa. Le comunicazioni di avvio, variazione e cessazione delle locazioni turistiche in forma non imprenditoriale saranno indirizzate direttamente agli Sportelli unici per le attività produttive (Suap).

L’intervento più significativo è però la revisione delle disposizioni transitorie riguardanti le strutture ricettive che operano in immobili con caratteristiche di civile abitazione. La legge elimina l’obbligo di dimezzamento della capacità ricettiva per gli affittacamere e bed & breakfast esistenti alla data di entrata in vigore del testo unico (9 gennaio 2025) e collocati nello stesso edificio, salvaguardando i diritti acquisiti dagli operatori già attivi. Viene inoltre chiarito che tali limitazioni non si applicano alle residenze d’epoca esistenti alla stessa data. Resta fermo il principio introdotto dal nuovo testo unico e già ritenuto conforme dalla Corte Costituzionale: le nuove strutture ricettive dovranno insediarsi esclusivamente in immobili con destinazione d’uso turistico-ricettiva.

Per venire incontro alle esigenze delle numerose strutture esistenti alla data di entrata in vigore del testo unico (9 gennaio 2025) e alle sollecitazioni dei Comuni, si è stabilito che tali strutture siano esentate dall’obbligo, almeno finché non mutino le condizioni riguardanti l’esercizio dell’attività o la titolarità dell’immobile; viene però individuata una finestra temporale – fino al 30 giugno 2027 – entro la quale alle stesse strutture sarà garantita la possibilità di passare alla destinazione d’uso turistico-ricettiva anche in deroga agli strumenti urbanistici comunali.

Per accompagnare invece le strutture insediatesi in immobili residenziali successivamente all’entrata in vigore del testo unico e fino al 30 giugno 2026 ad una transizione ordinata verso il mutamento della destinazione d’uso, favorendo l’operato delle amministrazioni comunali e dando maggior respiro agli operatori, si prevede un termine differito al 31 dicembre 2027 per l’adempimento dell’obbligo.

Si tratta di un intervento che rafforza la certezza del diritto, semplifica le procedure e offre risposte concrete a chi investe e lavora nel turismo, senza rinunciare agli strumenti necessari per governare un settore sempre più importante per l’economia toscana”.

Se per demografia ed economia generale la Toscana rappresenta storicamente il 6-7% del totale nazionale, nel turismo  raddoppia il proprio peso specifico: in regione si concentra il 13% delle presenze turistiche nazionali e il 10% dei consumi.

“Non è un risultato scontato – sottolinea Giani – perché la Toscana ha la capacità di generare valore. Nella nostra regione, ogni euro speso dal turista attiva ben 0,67 euro di valore aggiunto, contro una media nazionale che si ferma a 0,47 euro. Significa che la nostra filiera turistica è più forte, più integrata e più capace di trattenere ricchezza sul territorio. In totale, la filiera del turismo contribuisce in modo diretto all’8,5% del Pil toscano, sfiorando il 10% nell’accezione più estesa, grazie a consumi complessivi pari a 15 miliardi di euro, capaci di attivare altrettanti miliardi di valore aggiunto. Il successo toscano risiede nella sua pluralità: non solo città d’arte, ma anche mare, collina, terme ed ecoturismo. Questa capillarità permette di contrastare lo spopolamento e i divari economici tra le aree interne e le coste”.

FIRENZE – Il flusso di denaro inviato oltreconfine dai lavoratori stranieri residenti in Toscana torna a crescere, pur senza agganciare i picchi degli anni passati. Nel corso del 2025 le rimesse tracciate sul territorio regionale hanno superato quota 667,7 milioni di euro, facendo registrare un incremento di circa 3,3 milioni rispetto all’anno precedente, anche se il dato resta ancora inferiore ai 673 milioni che erano stati contabilizzati nel 2023. A scattare la fotografia sull’andamento economico è l’analisi dell’associazione di volontariato Migranti e Banche, sviluppata sulla base degli ultimi dati ufficiali messi a disposizione da Banca d’Italia. Guardando al lungo periodo, il volume complessivo dei flussi finanziari nel decennio compreso tra il 2016 e il 2025 mostra una crescita strutturale importante, quantificabile in circa 190 milioni di euro.

La mappa provinciale dei flussi vede Firenze saldamente in testa come principale punto di partenza, con ben 247,3 milioni di euro convogliati all’estero e un incremento di 5,2 milioni rispetto al 2024. Al secondo posto si posiziona Pisa, capace di muovere 87,9 milioni di euro con un balzo in avanti di 4,4 milioni. Completa il podio la provincia di Prato, che si ferma a 56,9 milioni di euro ma fa segnare una pesante contrazione, lasciando sul terreno 9,2 milioni in un solo anno. Proprio nell’area pratese l’analisi evidenzia un fenomeno singolare e drastico: il vero e proprio crollo verticale delle rimesse tracciate dirette verso la Cina, passate dai quasi 53 milioni di euro calcolati nel 2016 all’esigua cifra di appena 7mila euro registrata nel 2025.

Per quanto riguarda gli altri territori della regione, il segno positivo caratterizza l’andamento di Arezzo con 55,9 milioni di euro (in crescita di 1,1 milioni), della provincia di Lucca che tocca quota 46,4 milioni di euro grazie a un aumento di 1,9 milioni, e di Livorno, attestatasi a 46,3 milioni di euro con un incremento di 2,5 milioni. Movimenti di segno opposto si registrano invece nelle province di Siena e di Massa Carrara, che chiudono l’anno in flessione evidenziando rispettivamente un calo di 1,5 milioni e di 1,7 milioni di euro. Gli esperti della Onlus ricordano comunque che le statistiche di Bankitalia prendono in considerazione esclusivamente i canali finanziari ufficiali e tracciati, lasciando fuori dal monitoraggio tutto il circuito delle rimesse informali, come il denaro consegnato a mano tramite canali parentali o amici in viaggio.

Analizzando le rotte geografiche del denaro, il Bangladesh si conferma la destinazione principale dei risparmi dei lavoratori in Toscana, avendo attratto la quota più consistente del flusso con oltre 104,7 milioni di euro, ben 17 milioni in più rispetto al 2024. Segue la Georgia con 91,3 milioni di euro, mentre sul terzo gradino si attesta il Pakistan con 52,4 milioni, un dato in netta diminuzione se paragonato agli oltre 69 milioni dell’anno precedente. Da soli, questi tre mercati di destinazione coprono quasi la metà dell’intero volume di denaro transato a livello regionale.

Tra le curiosità dei flussi specifici, spiccano i 42,5 milioni di euro partiti dalla sola provincia di Firenze con destinazione Georgia, e la crescita esponenziale registrata nel territorio di Grosseto verso il Bangladesh, dove i volumi sono letteralmente quintuplicati in dieci anni, passando da 1,5 a 7,5 milioni di euro.

Alle 15:00 ET del 7 giugno 2026, le partecipazioni in criptovalute della Società comprendono 5.543.872 ETH al prezzo di 1.630 dollari per ETH (NASDAQ: COIN), 204 Bitcoin (BTC), una partecipazione di 180 milioni di dollari in Beast Industries e una di 88 milioni di dollari in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) (“moonshots”), e una liquidità totale pari a 247 milioni di dollari. Le partecipazioni in ETH di Bitmine rappresentano il 4,59% dell’offerta di ETH (pari a 120,7 milioni di ETH).

“La scorsa settimana, il valore di Zcash è crollato, dopo che è stato scoperto che Zcash aveva assunto un ricercatore di sicurezza per controllare il circuito Orchard e aveva trovato un difetto, che, potenzialmente, consentiva la contraffazione di Zcash. Il difetto è stato riparato il 1° giugno. Dal nostro punto di vista, il notevole crollo del mercato delle criptovalute è stato interpretato in modo superficiale. Grazie al miglioramento delle capacità dei sistemi di IA, è probabile che la domanda di soluzioni decentralizzate e solidi subisca un aumento, soprattutto per proteggere gli utenti dai sistemi agentici. I sistemi di IA individueranno i difetti nelle infrastrutture centralizzate dei servizi finanziari e nei protocolli decentralizzati con punti deboli. Pensiamo che ciò rafforzi ulteriormente il caso d’uso e l’adeguatezza al mercato per blockchain decentralizzate, solide e affidabili come Ethereum. La holding in criptovalute Bitmine è al 1° posto delle tesorerie Ethereum e al 2° posto delle tesorerie globali, dietro a Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR), che secondo quanto riferito possiede 843.706 BTC per un valore di 52 miliardi di dollari. Bitmine rimane la più grande tesoreria ETH al mondo.  

Bitmine è uno dei titoli più scambiati negli Stati Uniti. Secondo i dati di Fundstrat, il titolo ha registrato un volume medio giornaliero di negoziazioni pari a 829 milioni di dollari (media a 5 giorni, al 5 giugno 2026), classificandosi al 148° posto negli Stati Uniti, dietro Workday Inc.
