FIRENZE – Stefano Scaramelli, Luciano Trovato e Paolina Pistacchi. Sono questi i nomi che andranno al voto, segreto, del prossimo consiglio regionale e che si contendono la nomina di Garante dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza della Toscana.

La commissione affari istituzionali, guidata da Vittorio Salotti (Casa Riformista), ha espresso parere favorevole a maggioranza (le opposizioni non hanno partecipato al voto) all’ammissibilità della rosa dei nomi da inviare all’Aula. Stefano Scaramelli, ricordiamo, è stato designato dal capogruppo di Casa Riformista Francesco Casini. Luciano Trovato è stato proposto alla commissione dal capogruppo Avs Luciano Franchi. Paolina Pistacchi è stata proposta dalla capogruppo di Fratelli d’Italia, Chiara La Porta.

Nel corso dell’animata seduta, le opposizioni hanno insistito a lungo sulla candidabilità dell’ex consigliere regionale Stefano Scaramelli. In particolare la capogruppo La Porta ha richiamato l’articolo 5 della legge istitutiva (requisiti) ricordando che la nomina deve rispondere a “qualificata e comprovata esperienza professionale nell’ambito delle materie e delle funzioni. Le violazioni a questo articolo sono evidenti, palesi e lampanti. Se davvero si vuole procedere con il nome di Scaramelli, si dovrebbe prima modificare la legge”. Poi è entrata nel merito del nuovo iter: “Chiediamo buonsenso. Nutriamo forti perplessità per questo cambio di regole a partita già iniziata. Chi ha presentato le autocandidature si è basato su determinata procedura. Arriveranno dei ricorsi e sarà complicato rigettarli”.

Forza Italia in commissione ha insistito per ascoltare i tre candidati e ha fatto mettere al voto la richiesta di audizioni, poi bocciata dalla maggioranza. Ha inoltre sollevato dubbi sulla legittimità della proposta di ammissibilità perché consegnata ai commissari appena poco tempo prima dell’inizio dei lavori e ancora in forma di bozza. Gli uffici del Consiglio hanno spiegato che per prassi, e senza nulla togliere alle legittime prerogative dei consiglieri di chiedere di modificare, integrare e correggere gli atti, la proposta è stata redatta lasciando vuoti i campi dei nomi e richiamando una serie di premesse consuete che avrebbero evidentemente tenuto conto del voto finale espresso in Commissione.

Il portavoce dell’opposizione Alessandro Tomasi ha insistito per esprimere un voto su ogni candidatura. “Nel parere che ci è stato fornito si dice che alla luce del quadro normativo è possibile decidere responsabilmente e rinviare all’aula. Al pari della scorsa seduta, nel corso della quale i commissari si sono espressi sul solo nome designato ed è stata chiusa l’istruttoria, oggi vorrei avere uno strumento per esprimermi sui singoli nomi in lizza. Non possiamo trattarli tutti alla stessa maniera, se non altro perché hanno curriculum diversi”, ha spiegato. Nel corso del dibattito che ne è seguito, è stato chiaramente evidenziato che quanto espresso dal portavoce dell’opposizione resta a verbale e questo basta a chiudere l’istruttoria.

Il presidente della commissione ha ribadito più volte che il “procedimento adottato in precedenza era corretto, è una prassi consolidata nel tempo che però non esclude questo altro percorso, come ben scritto dal segretario generale del consiglio regionale. Inoltre, l’aula ha votato e rimandato l’atto alla nostra attenzione”. Ha inoltre precisato che il voto contrario alle audizioni è stato espresso “in quanto provocatorio, avanzato solo per rimandare ancora il voto”. “La proposta di deliberazione, con le autocandidature ed i relativi curricula – ha aggiunto – è arrivata a tutti i commissari già a febbraio. Viene da chiedersi come mai solo al momento della votazione si sono chieste le audizioni, e sempre all’ultimo istante è emersa una terza candidatura, quella di Paolina Pistacchi, scritta frettolosamente e portata agli atti della commissione senza essere formalmente protocollata”. Sulla mancata protocollazione al momento del voto, gli uffici hanno comunque garantito la legittimità.

Sostegno alla procedura è stata espressa anche dal capogruppo Pd Simone Bezzini che pure ha chiosato: “Al pari di altri atti, anche con questo c’è stata una discussione complicata e controversa. Gli elementi emersi hanno arricchito il dibattito”.

L’opzione di pagamento è già disponibile nello shop online della società e consentirà di scegliere Scalapay tra i metodi disponibili al momento dell’acquisto.

Secondo quanto spiegato dai promotori dell’iniziativa, il progetto nasce con l’obiettivo di alleggerire il peso economico degli abbonamenti annuali o periodici, soprattutto per famiglie, studenti e lavoratori che utilizzano ogni giorno il trasporto pubblico.

La possibilità di dilazionare la spesa viene vista anche come uno strumento per incentivare l’utilizzo degli autobus e favorire una mobilità più sostenibile e accessibile.

La rete di Autolinee Toscane conta centinaia di linee distribuite su tutto il territorio regionale, con collegamenti che ogni giorno interessano migliaia di pendolari e utenti.

Per Scalapay l’accordo rappresenta un ingresso significativo nel settore della mobilità pubblica, mentre per Autolinee Toscane si tratta di un ulteriore passo verso la digitalizzazione dei servizi e l’introduzione di strumenti di acquisto più flessibili.

In primo luogo, è stato risolto il collo di bottiglia della larghezza di banda. La rete di trasporto SPN di nuova generazione risolve i colli di bottiglia della larghezza di banda superando il limite di capacità compreso tra 155 Mbit/s e 10 Gbit/s. I dispositivi SPN aumentano la larghezza di banda del livello di accesso (sottostazioni, centrali elettriche, centri clienti) a 1 Gbit/s, soddisfacendo gli standard della China Southern Power Grid. I livelli di aggregazione e core aumentano fino a 50 Gbit/s o 100 Gbit/s, in base alle dimensioni del sito e del servizio. La soluzione consente di realizzare linee di trasmissione a granularità fine da 10 Mbit/s per l’isolamento end-to-end delle linee elettriche private, supportando servizi ad alta larghezza di banda come la videosorveglianza e garantendo una transizione fluida. 

In secondo luogo, l’aggiornamento della larghezza di banda ha migliorato significativamente l’efficienza delle ispezioni e della manutenzione. La soluzione SPN di Huawei consente il monitoraggio in tempo reale degli SLA (latenza, perdita di pacchetti) e la localizzazione dei guasti in pochi minuti, riducendo i costi di manutenzione legati ai guasti delle apparecchiature SDH. Presso l’Ufficio di fornitura elettrica di Qujing, il tempo di una singola ispezione è sceso da 30 a 3 minuti, e il ciclo completo della manutenzione da oltre 7 ore a 21 minuti. Underground mapping of historical mine workings has confirmed a substantial widening of the mineralized system at depth at the Providencia target (“Providencia”), within the Cármenes Project (“Cármenes”) on the southeastern extension of the Rio Narcea Gold Belt in northern Spain. 

“The verification of 20 g/t gold at surface and confirmation of the scale of the extensive sulphide and hematite breccias at the 1,438m Level represent a significant advancement for the Cármenes Project,” said Tim Moody, President and CEO. “We are seeing clear evidence that the gold and copper-nickel-cobalt system is growing as we go deeper and it remains wide open for expansion in several directions. With plans to investigate up to 25 additional targets at Cármenes, we are no longer just looking at just a single deposit at Providencia but are focused on exploring a significant mineral district.” 

Higher confidence systematic twin saw-cut channel sampling has verified and upgraded the previously reported chip sample results of 15 g/t Au over 6m (see March 25, 2026 media release). These latest results include a new bonanza-grade assay at Providencia of 51.2 g/t gold and 1.9 g/t platinum and palladium over 1m. The new channel is approximately one meter uphill from the previous sampling traverse and 70 meters east of the projected surface footprint of the Providencia underground workings (see Figure 1 below).

In light of these additional high-grade results, the Company has expanded the current Providencia drill program to eight drillholes for an estimated 1,200 meters. The drill rig is currently testing potential extensions and structural controls of copper-cobalt-nickel sulphide and high-grade gold mineralization. 

A detailed program of 800 saw-cut channel samples is currently underway within a newly exposed underground tunnel at the 1,438-meter elevation level in the historical Providencia mine workings. The sampling program is intended to evaluate continuity of the mineralized system and refine the structural model. The new sampling and mapping have identified extensive sulphide-rich breccia and hematite breccia, which are the primary host rocks for copper, cobalt, nickel and gold at Providencia. Over 180 meters of breccia has been mapped in the walls of the accessible mine workings at the 1,438-meter level. This represents a significant widening of the system footprint to more than 100m x 60m, open laterally and at depth, approximately 30 meters vertically beneath the previously sampled 1,467-meter elevation level (see August 20, 2025 media release). 

Results from both the drill program and underground channel sampling will be released as they become available.

The Cármenes Project is located on the southeastern extension of the Rio Narcea Gold Belt approx. 55km north of León and comprises five Investigation Permits over 5,653 hectares held 100% by Pan Global. The Project area is highly prospective for multiple bodies or “clusters” of carbonate-hosted hydrothermal breccia style copper, nickel, cobalt, and gold mineralization. The area includes the former Profunda and Providencia mines that last operated in the 1930s, producing concentrates of copper and cobalt with nickel. Sampling, QA/QC and Analytical Procedures 

The channel samples were collected across exposed rock face exposed in a surface bulldozer trench. Samples were collected as continuous horizontal twin-saw cut rock-chip channels. 

Individual sample lengths were approximately 1.0 meter horizontal. Reported intervals represent the cumulative length of consecutive mineralized samples; true widths are unknown. Channel samples are selective in nature and may not be representative of the overall grade or continuity of mineralization. 

Samples were placed in sealed bags and delivered to the ALS sample preparation facility in Seville in Spain and assayed at the ALS facility in Ireland. All samples were crushed, split and pulverized using methods CRU-31, SPL-22Y and PUL-31. Gold, platinum and palladium analyses were by 50g Fire Assay – ICP-AES finish (PGM-ICP24). Multi element analysis was undertaken using a 4-acid digest with ICP-AES finish (ME-ICP61). Over-grade gold samples were analyzed using Fire Assay with Gravity Finish (Au-GRA21). A certified reference sample was also inserted as a check.

French residential PV systems up to 9 kWp can now access the reduced 5.5% VAT rate, but only with modules that meet the demanding PPE2 V2 certification. AIKO is one of the few manufacturers to achieve this. 

DÜSSELDORF, Germany, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AIKO has confirmed that its photovoltaic modules qualify for the reduced 5.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in France under the newly enforced PPE2 V2 certification. This makes AIKO a key enabler for French residential installations seeking the preferential tax rate. 

Under French rules, residential PV systems face a standard 20% VAT. The reduced 5.5% rate applies only to systems up to 9 kWp that meet all PPE2 V2 criteria. Systems above 9 kWp remain at 20% VAT. AlKO-A-MCE60Db and AIKO-A-MCE54Db modules are now listed on the official Certisolis registry of products eligible for France’s 5.5% VAT reduction. 

What Is PPE2 V2? 

The PPE2 V2 (Product Environmental Footprint 2, Version 2) certification is a demanding French environmental standard introduced in September 2025. To qualify for the 5.5% VAT, a PV module must simultaneously meet: 

The carbon threshold of 530 kg CO₂eq/kWc is exceptionally hard to meet. It forces manufacturers to decarbonize their entire supply chain, from polysilicon to finished module. Very few modules on the market currently achieve this.

FIRENZE – La Flc Cgil ha proclamato lo sciopero nazionale delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori degli istituti tecnici per domani (7 maggio). Nell’occasione, sono previsti presìdi in varie città della Toscana: a Firenze appuntamento alle 16 in via Cavour davanti alla prefettura. Al termine del presidio, una delegazione di sindacalisti consegnerà nelle mani del prefetto un documento sulle ragioni della mobilitazione.

“La riforma si inserisce nel solco della politica del ministro Valditara – dice il sindacato – orientata a rendere l’indirizzo tecnico e quello professionale più poveri da un punto di vista formativo e culturale, per farne una sorta di nuovi percorsi di avviamento precoce al lavoro. In modo particolare la Flc Cgil ha messo sotto accusa la modifica dei quadri orari delle materie di base a vantaggio di una cosiddetta area di indirizzo flessibile, che vedrà le imprese del territorio sostituire i docenti. Nelle intenzioni del ministero infatti saranno tagliate le ore di lettere, matematica, fisica, scienze sperimentali, lingue, geografia, storia dell’arte e saranno sostituite da altre discipline, “suggerite” dai fabbisogni formativi delle imprese del territorio, generando così una sorta di “autonomia differenziata” dell’istruzione tecnica. Nel complesso verrebbero tagliate 561 ore di materie di base nel quinquennio, con immediate ripercussioni occupazionali sul personale docente e perdita di posti di lavoro, a danno soprattutto dei docenti precari”.

“Come ulteriore aspetto di criticità – prosegue – tale riforma è stata emanata dopo la chiusura delle iscrizioni scolastiche e pertanto – contrariamente alle tante parole spese dal Ministro Valditara sull’importanza dell’orientamento – gli studenti che si sono iscritti al primo anno degli istituti tecnici si troveranno a frequentare una scuola diversa da quella che è stata loro presentata solo pochi mesi fa”.

Per tutti questi motivi, la Flc Cgil ha richiesto “il blocco di questa riforma e il ministero dell’Istruzione, nonostante le tante criticità rilevate, al momento non ha voluto fare un passo indietro”.

Da qui la mobilitazione della Flc Cgil, con l’obiettivo di fermare questa riforma.
Nel territorio della città metropolitana di Firenze sono presenti 22 istituti che contengano almeno un indirizzo tecnico, i quali ad esempio spaziano da amministrazione finanza e marketing al turistico, da meccanica e meccatronica a elettronica ed elettrotecnica, dal sistema moda all’agrario, da costruzioni ambiente e territorio a grafica e comunicazione. Undici istituti sono all’interno del territorio comunale di Firenze, mentre gli altri 11 sono dislocati nelle altre zone del territorio metropolitano: 4 nell’empolese, 2 a Borgo San Lorenzo, e uno ciascuno nei comuni di Scandicci, Sesto Fiorentino. Bagno a Ripoli, Pontassieve e Figline Valdarno.

Per domani sono dunque previsti disagi in questi istituti e una protesta che si farà sentire fin sotto il palazzo del governo, “con l’obiettivo di far arrivare al ministero la ferma contrarietà delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori”.
