COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BALI, INDONESIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 May 2026 –
Mirah Investment & Development
, a Bali-based hospitality development and management group with an active portfolio spanning branded residences, hotels and resorts, and lifestyle hospitality across Indonesia and over 1,000 units currently under construction, announced a strategic investment partnership with
RV Capital
, an investment manager with offices in Singapore and the UAE specialising in Asia-Pacific hospitality real estate.

The partnership spans equity positions in two of Mirah’s signature hospitality brands, SOMOSHOTELS and
Cocana Resorts
, and includes access to a pipeline of at least five additional locations across Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and beyond over the next 5 years.

RV Capital’s investment includes a substantial capital deployment in 2026 and accelerates Mirah’s expansion across the region, with a development pipeline exceeding $300 million in hospitality assets planned across Asia.

“Mirah has done what very few hospitality operators in Southeast Asia have managed. They have built a platform with real operational depth, not just a development pipeline. We are backing both the assets and the team behind them, and we see SOMOSHOTELS and Cocana as the beginning of something much larger,” said Vinesh Motwani, Managing Partner & CIO, RV Capital.

The investment reflects RV Capital’s confidence not only in the individual assets, but in Mirah’s broader platform: its ability to identify emerging destinations, develop integrated hospitality product, and scale it across markets through Mirah’s partnership with
The Guest Society
, an experience-led hospitality management company redefining how brands are operated across Asia. Driven by this partnership, The Guest Society will open a Thailand office in 2026 to support the group’s regional growth.

SOMOSHOTELS is Mirah’s lifestyle hotel brand, designed as an integrated hospitality destination rather than a conventional hotel. The flagship SOMOSHOTELS Uluwatu, a 250-room property situated on Uluwatu’s main commercial corridor, will be the first walk-in, walk-out lifestyle hotel on the strip, combining rooms, a pool day club, restaurant and retail venues, spa, fitness, and event spaces when it opens in 2027. Uluwatu is Bali’s fastest-growing hospitality micro-market, and SOMOSHOTELS is designed to serve as its first integrated hospitality anchor. The two firms are committed to exploring new SOMOSHOTELS locations together, with sites currently under consideration in Phuket’s Bangtao area and in Japan.

Cocana Resorts
is Mirah’s beach resort brand, currently operating its first location on Gili Trawangan with 45 private-pool villas, 66 deluxe lagoon suites, beach club, spa, and two restaurants, with a third restaurant, Sensei Ikan, and additional lagoon suites opening later in 2026. Development of the next Cocana commences in Bali in 2026, on Balangan, a front-line location regarded as one of the island’s finest stretches of coastline, with an anticipated opening in mid-2029. Two locations are currently under consideration for the next Cocana resort in Thailand: Koh Phangan and Phuket, with development set to commence in 2026, marking the brand’s entry into Southeast Asia.

“Bali will always be our home, but this partnership gives us the platform to take what we have built here and bring it to the best destinations across the region,” said Scott Matson, COO,
Mirah Investment & Development
.

Mirah has built a track record of entering highly localised markets before demand is widely recognised, identifying where hospitality appetite is heading before quality supply arrives to meet it. That same foresight underpins SOMOSHOTELS and Cocana Resorts, both conceived for locations Mirah identified as structurally underserved, with strong demand fundamentals and limited quality supply.

RV Capital, founded by partners combining institutional investment backgrounds spanning KKR and Goldman Sachs, targets premium hospitality assets in high-demand, undersupplied markets where active ownership drives returns. This partnership marks the firm’s first commitment in the branded hotel segment and its most significant Bali deployment to date.

With five additional locations currently being explored and a pipeline spanning Asia, the
RV Capital
partnership positions
Mirah Investment & Development
as one of the most active hospitality expansion stories in Asia.

AIKO Secures French 5.5% VAT Eligibility Under Stringent PPE2 V2 Carbon Standard

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

French residential PV systems up to 9 kWp can now access the reduced 5.5% VAT rate, but only with modules that meet the demanding PPE2 V2 certification. AIKO is one of the few manufacturers to achieve this.

DÜSSELDORF, Germany, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AIKO has confirmed that its photovoltaic modules qualify for the reduced 5.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in France under the newly enforced PPE2 V2 certification. This makes AIKO a key enabler for French residential installations seeking the preferential tax rate.

Under French rules, residential PV systems face a standard 20% VAT. The reduced 5.5% rate applies only to systems up to 9 kWp that meet all PPE2 V2 criteria. Systems above 9 kWp remain at 20% VAT. AlKO-A-MCE60Db and AIKO-A-MCE54Db modules are now listed on the official Certisolis registry of products eligible for France’s 5.5% VAT reduction.

What Is PPE2 V2?

The PPE2 V2 (Product Environmental Footprint 2, Version 2) certification is a demanding French environmental standard introduced in September 2025. To qualify for the 5.5% VAT, a PV module must simultaneously meet:

The carbon threshold of 530 kg CO₂eq/kWc is exceptionally hard to meet. It forces manufacturers to decarbonize their entire supply chain, from polysilicon to finished module. Very few modules on the market currently achieve this.

AIKO has succeeded in meeting all PPE2 V2 criteria while delivering modules maintaining its industry-leading efficiency of 24.4%–24.5% (maximizing yield on space-constrained rooftops) and an aesthetic all-black design. This combination gives French homeowners a shorter payback period and stronger return on investment.

A Distinct Market Advantage

PPE2 V2 certification sets a high bar that few manufacturers have cleared. AIKO’s achievement demonstrates its commitment to sustainable, low-carbon manufacturing. For the French residential market, this means premium, high-efficiency solar is now accessible at a significantly lower effective cost – without compromising on performance.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

DÜSSELDORF, Germany, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Vention, creator of the world’s only full-stack automation platform and hardware ecosystem, today announced the European debut of its third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer (RSP) at Interpack 2026, alongside the expansion of its modular conveyor ecosystem, marking the continued growth of its end-of-line packaging automation solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Following its North American launch earlier this year, the Rapid Series Palletizer is now available to EMEA manufacturers as part of Vention’s platform-powered approach to end-of-line automation, enabling the deployment of complete systems, from case packing and conveying to palletizing, through a single, unified environment.

“Manufacturers are under increasing pressure to modernize packaging operations quickly while maintaining flexibility,” said Andrea Alboni, General Manager for EMEA region. “Our platform simplifies automation by enabling customers to design, deploy, and operate complete end-of-line systems without the complexity of traditional integration, while delivering payback periods as short as 1.3 years and up to 25% lower capital costs compared to traditional automation approaches.”

At Interpack 2026, Vention is co-exhibiting with Teradyne Robotics company Universal Robots to demonstrate how collaborative robots and modular automation systems can deliver flexible packaging automation. The booth features a robotic case packing cell powered by a UR10e, Vention’s modular conveyor ecosystem for product transfer and accumulation, and a palletizing system powered by a UR20, illustrating a complete workflow from case packing to palletizing.

Rapid Deployment and Complete Packaging Automation

Powered by Vention’s modular hardware ecosystem and MachineMotion AI, the third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer can be deployed in as little as 4 weeks, while complete end-of-line packaging systems — including conveyors, case packing, and palletizing — can be delivered in 12 weeks, representing a 3–5× faster deployment timeline than traditional automation approaches and enabling manufacturers to achieve full return on investment up to 5× over a typical system lifecycle.

The integrated conveyor ecosystem includes modular O-Ring and Poly-V conveyors, Vention-designed motors, and plug-and-play controls powered by MachineMotion AI. Programmed through MachineLogic and the Conveyor App, the system enables synchronized product flow, zero-pressure accumulation, and rapid line reconfiguration while reducing integration complexity through built-in motor connectivity and EtherCAT communication.

The solution is particularly relevant for manufacturers operating in high-mix, high-variability environments, where flexibility and speed are critical to maintaining competitiveness, and where automation can replace up to 10 full-time operators per shift, helping address ongoing labor shortages.

Designed for Ease of Use Across the Entire Line

Vention’s software-first platform extends across the full end-of-line workflow—from conveyors to palletizers—through a common touchscreen interface and code-free operator experience. Operators can configure conveyor zones, manage product flow, create pallet patterns, and adapt to changing production requirements without PLC programming or specialized training.

By using the same platform and touchscreen interface across cobot and industrial palletizers, as well as upstream end-of-line equipment, Vention reduces operator training time, simplifies multi-line and multi-site deployments, and enables manufacturers to scale automation without custom integration or re-engineering while reducing commissioning time to as little as 1 to 3 days for installation and ramp-up to full production.

Productivity Through Connected Machines

Unlike traditional palletizers, the Rapid Series Palletizer is connected by design with built-in LTE connectivity through MachineMotion AI. The solution includes Remote Support providing access to Vention automation experts within 10 minutes, and RemoteView and MachineAnalytics delivering real-time performance visibility to maximize uptime and speed up issue resolution. This helps manufacturers reduce downtime and resolve issues faster with immediate remote diagnostics and support.

Vention’s end-of-line packaging solutions, powered by collaborative robot technology from Universal Robots, will be demonstrated live at Interpack 2026, held at Messe Düsseldorf from May 7 to 13 in Hall 6, Booth 6A58.

Bagno a Ripoli, Pontassieve e Figline Valdarno.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BETHLEHEM, Pa., May 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ABEC, a global leader in bioprocess engineering solutions, announced the expansion of its Process Sciences group, expanding its ability to help biopharmaceutical manufacturers accelerate development, reduce risk, and improve productivity across the bioprocess lifecycle.

The Process Sciences team integrates chemical and bioengineering expertise with advanced modeling, experimental testing, and custom equipment design to support customers from early development through commercial production. By combining hands-on experimentation with computational tools, ABEC enables faster troubleshooting, more efficient scale-up, and reliable technology transfer while maintaining product quality and consistency.

Central to ABEC’s Process Sciences approach is deep process understanding. Engineers analyze and optimize critical parameters—including mass transfer, agitation, blend time, shear, and CO₂ stripping—to meet specific process objectives and avoid common mixing and scale-up challenges. This expertise spans both microbial fermentation and animal cell culture processes, allowing ABEC to deliver tailored solutions across a broad range of biomanufacturing applications.

ABEC’s dedicated facilities further support process validation through real-world mixing studies and live cell or microbial runs at scales from 200mL to 6,000 liters. These activities are complemented by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and other modeling tools, providing data to support Quality by Design initiatives and process characterization.

Advanced CFD simulations also help reduce development time and cost by minimizing experimental runs and de-risking scale-up and technology transfer decisions. Rather than adapting processes to standard equipment, ABEC designs systems around defined process requirements.

“Process Sciences gives our customers confidence as they move from development to production,” said Scott Pickering. “By combining modeling, experimental validation, and custom equipment design, we help optimize performance, improve yield, and reduce uncertainty.”

About ABECSince 1974, ABEC has delivered engineered process solutions and services to the global biotech industry. Most of the world’s pharmaceutical and biotech companies are ABEC customers, with many leading therapies manufactured using ABEC-engineered equipment and processes. ABEC’s value is built on extensive experience, complete in-house capabilities, and a flexible, custom approach that reduces cost and time to market while maximizing productivity.

LOS ANGELES, May 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Julien’s Auctions, the world’s leading celebrity auction house, today announced full details of its highly anticipated “Music Icons” event. This year’s collection celebrates the enduring power of heavy metal and marks the 50th anniversary of KISS’s debut in London, with a touring exhibition of highlights from the sale. Following stops in London and Tokyo, the exhibition will be on view at Hard Rock Cafe New York on May 13 and open to the public daily. Bidding on the full collection of more than 800 items is now open at juliensauctions.com. The two-day auction will take place May 29–30, live from Hard Rock Cafe Times Square in New York City.

“Interest in music memorabilia is reaching unprecedented levels, fueled by collectors who appreciate both the cultural significance of these instruments and the legacy of the artists behind them—often resulting in record-breaking sales,” said Martin Nolan, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Julien’s Auctions. “Our annual Music Icons auction, featuring extraordinary guitars from Ace Frehley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Kirk Hammett, underscores Julien’s ongoing commitment to bringing museum-quality pieces to market while shaping the global conversation around music collecting.”

The “Music Icons” sale features an extraordinary collection of some of the most powerful and influential guitars ever to appear at auction, including instruments played by rock legends such as Ace Frehley (KISS), Eddie Van Halen, Billy Duffy (The Cult), Izzy Stradlin (Guns N’ Roses), Kirk Hammett (Metallica), Mick Mars (Mötley Crüe), Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), Scott Ian (Anthrax), and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Among the many highlights is the guitar Johnny Cash played at his 1956 Grand Ole Opry debut. Cash’s 1954 Martin D-18 acoustic was used from 1954 to 1956, potentially making it his earliest professional guitar. During that period, Cash recorded singles including “Hey, Porter,” “Folsom Prison Blues,” “I Walk the Line,” and “There You Go.”

For KISS fans, the sale includes dozens of unique items, from stage-worn costumes to personal effects. The centerpiece is Ace Frehley’s 1975 Gibson Les Paul, one of the most historically significant guitars in rock and roll. Frehley relied on the instrument throughout his career, using it on stage and in the studio with KISS more than any other guitar in his arsenal. His long association with the Gibson Les Paul has earned him a place on nearly every “Top 10 Les Paul Players of All Time” list.

Held at Gandhi Hall, Maison Internationale des Associations, this high-level working meeting convened a formidable assembly of political leaders, legal experts, historians, and civil-society organizers from Africa, Europe, and North America. The forum’s primary objective was to translate the UN recognition of slavery and colonialism into a concrete, actionable framework for global reparations.

The Geneva Declaration will be transmitted to the United Nations, the African Union, and the European Parliament within weeks. Key milestones from the forum:

Voices of the Movement Amzat Boukari-Yabara, President of LP-U, noted that Pan-Africanism and reparative justice represent historical truth on one side and political power on the other.

“Let it be recorded that on the 28th of April 2026, in the city of Geneva, in the seat of international human rights, Africans and our friends from every continent gathered, not to ask, but to declare. Not to plead, but to organise. Not to mourn the past alone, but to claim the future”, declared H.E Sam Sumana.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

The Immutable Metadata Digital Certificate (IMDC) brings tradeable, verifiable data to a $100 billion-plus pipeline of sovereign Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes under the Paris Agreement.

ZURICH, Switzerland, May 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — At Climate Week Zurich, Xange.com, a Luxembourg-based environmental intelligence and market infrastructure company, today announced a partnership with Aptos Labs and Decibel Foundation to launch the Immutable Metadata Digital Certificate (IMDC), a tradable data token that brings sovereign-grade environmental data on-chain. As Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement moves from bilateral cooperation arrangements toward operational markets, the IMDC introduces a standardised, verifiable record for sovereign mitigation data that every market participant can independently check. For the first time, sovereign governments are bringing treaty-regulated data on-chain, and are choosing the highest performance infrastructure to do it.

Each IMDC is a cryptographically verifiable certificate representing the official data record of a mitigation outcome, including dMRV verification data, methodology identifiers, and lifecycle status. IMDCs are issued through Xange.com’s Global Environmental Market Infrastructure Solutions (GEMIS), a policy-driven technology framework for sovereign environmental market participation.

The first IMDC programme covers a $100 billion-plus pipeline of sovereign Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes (ITMOs) identified by Xange.com, spanning forest, nature-based, and renewable energy programmes in countries that have signed Article 6.2 bilateral cooperation arrangements.

The launch lands as institutional tokenisation of real-world assets crossed $27.5 billion on-chain in Q1 2026, up 263% year-on-year.

Core components of the partnership include:

“Sovereign climate data has requirements that most blockchain infrastructure simply cannot meet. You need institutional-grade throughput to handle the volume of a global market, sub-second finality so that settlement matches the pace of institutional finance, and an audit trail that can hold up to scrutiny from treaty bodies and auditors decades from now. Aptos is the only public network operating today that combines the performance, finality, and institutional adoption this category demands, and that’s why Aptos is the verification layer for what we expect to become the largest sovereign asset program in the tokenization market,” said Avery Ching, CEO of Aptos Labs.

“Verified data is itself a valuable asset. Mitigation-rich countries hold trillions of dollars in mitigation outcomes, but that value cannot reach international climate finance without trustable data and infrastructure. IMDCs turn the verified data behind those outcomes into a tradeable instrument every market participant, from sovereign sellers to compliance buyers, can rely on,” said Esteban van Goor, CEO and Founder of Xange.com.

About Xange.comXange.com International Holding S.à r.l. is a Luxembourg-based environmental intelligence software and market infrastructure company, serving governments and enterprises with digital MRV systems, market infrastructure solutions, sustainability reporting, and Article 6-aligned environmental market participation.

About Aptos LabsAptos Labs is the developer of the Aptos blockchain, a Layer 1 network designed for institutional-grade real-world asset infrastructure, supporting sovereign-scale tokenisation programs across environmental markets, regulated financial instruments, and public-sector data.

About DecibelDecibel is an institutional on-chain exchange built on the Aptos blockchain, providing price discovery and settlement infrastructure for institutional digital assets, including tradeable IMDCs and other real-world data instruments.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Laddove MARADONA è saldamente collegata all’iconografia sportiva, DIARMA si avvicina a Maradona in quanto soggetto culturale e biografico.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

L’ingresso all’evento del 10 maggio è libero e gratuito.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SUZHOU, China and MÖLNDAL, Sweden, May 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Suzhou Ribo Life Science Co., Ltd. and Ribocure Pharmaceuticals AB (“Ribo”, HKEX: 6938) today announced the achievement of a further milestone. This marks the third key milestone achieved in the research collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim to discover novel therapies for liver disease, including metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH).

MASH is a serious and progressive form of fatty liver disease that can lead to fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver failure and liver cancer, affecting over 200 million people globally. Despite its growing burden, there remains a need for effective medicines that can help prevent disease progression and support liver health. Through the collaboration, Ribo and Boehringer Ingelheim aim to expand the pipeline of potential future treatment options for patients with MASH.

“This is an important step forward and highlights the strength and maturity of our siRNA discovery and liver targeted delivery capabilities. We are proud how together we drove this highly innovative and novel program forward, making this achievement possible. Boehringer Ingelheim will continue to advance this program with the goal of bringing new options to people living with MASH,” said Li-Ming Gan, co-CEO & Global R&D President of Ribo.

siRNA therapeutics are designed to silence disease causing genes by targeting their messenger RNAs (mRNAs). Ribo’s liver targeting delivery technology is intended to enable selective uptake in hepatocytes, with the goal of addressing targets that may be difficult to reach using traditional small molecules or antibodies.

The milestone reflects the productivity of the Ribo–Boehringer Ingelheim collaboration and the shared ambition to pursue solutions to address unmet needs in liver and cardiometabolic disease. It solidifies Ribo’s position as a strategic partner for global pharma, highlighting its siRNA platform’s commercial potential. Ribo is committed to pushing the collaboration forward with continued success throughout 2026 and beyond.

Thailand Approves $29 Billion Investment Wave as Data Center Demand Surges

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Media OutReach Newswire – 6 May 2026 – Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI) has approved six major projects worth a combined 958 billion baht, or approximately USD 29 billion, led by a large-scale data infrastructure expansion by TikTok System (Thailand) Co., Ltd., underscoring the country’s growing role as a regional hub for data centers, cloud services and AI-driven digital infrastructure.

The approvals were made at a BOI Board meeting chaired by Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. The Board also approved a second batch of projects under the Thailand FastPass mechanism and discussed with energy agencies steps to strengthen electricity readiness and improve access to clean energy — two increasingly important factors in attracting large-scale digital and high-technology investment.

Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the BOI, said the latest approvals reflect growing investor confidence in Thailand at a time when global companies are racing to expand digital infrastructure across Asia.

“Amid continuing global volatility, investment in Thailand’s digital and advanced technology sectors continues to grow, reflecting investor confidence in the country’s potential as a regional technology hub,” Mr. Narit said. “For Thailand to capture this new investment cycle, we must be ready not only with investment incentives, but also with sufficient power, clean-energy options, skilled talent, deeper supply chains and a reliable facilitation system that allows projects to move quickly from approval to operation.”

Of the six approved projects, three are in data center and data hosting services, with a combined investment value of 913 billion baht, or approximately USD 27 billion.

The largest project is by TikTok System (Thailand) Co., Ltd., valued at 842 billion baht, or approximately USD 25 billion. The project will install additional servers and expand data storage and processing infrastructure across Bangkok, Samut Prakan and Chachoengsao Province, supporting rising demand for digital services and strengthening Thailand’s role in regional digital infrastructure.

Beyond its core infrastructure investment, TikTok has also committed to developing digital literacy and e-commerce curricula to help create new business opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs and strengthen the country’s digital workforce.

Another approved project is a 46 billion baht, or USD 1.4 billion, data center investment by Skyline Data Center and Cloud Services Co., Ltd., part of the UAE-based DAMAC Group. Located in Chachoengsao, the project will support an IT load of 200 megawatts.

A third data center project, by Bridge Data Centres IIO (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. from Singapore, was approved with an investment value of 24.6 billion baht, or USD 746 million. Located in Chonburi, the project will support an IT load of 134 megawatts.

The remaining approved projects cover renewable energy, circular economy and resource-based industries. PureCycle (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. will invest 8.18 billion baht, or USD 248 million, in recycled plastic pellet production in Rayong, using technology exclusively licensed from P&G, with Thailand serving as a key production base for the Asian market. Dan Khun Thot Wind One Co., Ltd. will invest 4.7 billion baht, or USD 143 million, in an 89-megawatt wind power generation project in Nakhon Ratchasima. ASEAN Potash Chaiyaphum Plc. will invest 31.4 billion baht, or USD 952 million, in potassium chloride production in Chaiyaphum, producing a key input for potash fertilizer.

To accelerate project implementation, the BOI Board also selected nine additional projects worth 52 billion baht, or USD 1.6 billion, for Thailand FastPass, following the first batch of 16 projects. The latest selection brings the FastPass portfolio to 25 projects, with a combined investment value of 223 billion baht, or USD 6.8 billion.

The FastPass mechanism is designed to streamline approval and permitting procedures, speed up coordination among relevant agencies — including the BOI, the Department of Industrial Works, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning, the Customs Department and power-related agencies — and help strategic projects begin operations faster.

At the same meeting, the Board outlined steps to strengthen electricity readiness with the Ministry of Energy and the Energy Regulatory Commission, focusing on urgent power supply needs for incoming investment, particularly in the Eastern region. The Board also directed action on accelerating the issuance of Thailand’s Power Development Plan (PDP) to support future demand, new energy technologies and long-term power-system planning.

The Board also advanced plans for clean energy mechanisms, including Direct Renewable Power Purchase Agreements, or Direct PPA, which would allow private companies to buy and sell renewable electricity directly, with participation criteria and grid-service charges to be announced shortly. The Board also acknowledged the launch of Utility Green Tariff 2, or UGT2, a source-specific green tariff designed to give companies more options for procuring clean electricity.

The Board also tasked the BOI with coordinating with relevant agencies to consider regulatory improvements that would facilitate clean energy investment, including easing power-generation licensing conditions for foreign operators installing solar rooftops, and clarifying rules to support self-generation under Independent Power Supply, or IPS, arrangements.

Mr. Narit said the combination of large-scale digital investment, power readiness, clean energy access, skilled talent and faster investment facilitation is central to Thailand’s competitiveness in the next phase of global investment.

“Thailand is entering a new investment cycle in which speed, power readiness, clean energy access and skilled talent will be decisive,” he said. “The BOI is working with partner agencies to ensure that major projects can move from approval to operation as quickly as possible, while strengthening the infrastructure, workforce, supply chains and ecosystem needed for long-term growth in the digital economy.”
